Jerrod founded DriveAble because the system failed three generations of his family. He lives with ADOA, a progressive eye disease that cannot be corrected with glasses, and leads the foundation's mission, programs, and day-to-day operations. He built the foundation's dispatch software and this website with his own hands, tested daily through the eyes the work is built for.
As Secretary, Brent is responsible for the foundation's official records, including board minutes and corporate documents. As an independent director, he shares the board's reserved authority over financial oversight, budget approval, and legal compliance.

Kristin leads the foundation's communications across every channel. She is also a hands-on part of the work itself, serving as observer and safety net during app testing and rides.

DriveAble Foundation is an Oklahoma not-for-profit corporation, incorporated July 7, 2026, EIN 42-3673888. Our federal 501(c)(3) application is on file with the IRS.
Under the adopted bylaws, the board holds independent authority over financial oversight, annual budget approval, legal compliance, and review of any executive compensation. That authority cannot be delegated to the founder alone, and a majority of the board must be independent of the founder.
Any director or officer with a financial interest in a matter before the board must disclose that interest and may not vote on the matter, consistent with IRS guidance for 501(c)(3) organizations.
The board meets at least annually, with special meetings callable by the founder or any two directors. The Secretary maintains minutes and official records of every board action.
