We ask for the least we can and still get you where you're going. Everything below is written plainly, because a privacy policy nobody can read isn't a privacy policy.

We collect only what we need to send a vehicle to you. We never sell your information and we never share it except with the driver assigned to your trip. We delete things on a schedule. You can ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it removed.
That is the whole list. Each item is there because a ride cannot happen without it.
We do not ask for your diagnosis. We do not ask for or record your visual acuity. We do not ask your age, your family medical history, whether you are a veteran, or what devices you have tried.
None of it would change how we dispatch a vehicle, and information we never collect cannot be lost, misused, or handed over.
A checkbox. You confirm that a vision condition prevents you from driving safely, and we take you at your word.
We do this on purpose. Most people in the gap we serve have never been referred to any service and have no paperwork to show. Requiring documentation would rebuild the exact barrier this foundation exists to remove.
Your driver sees your name, pickup address, whether you need assistance, and any notes needed to find you. Nothing else.
Dispatch sees what is needed to schedule and run your trip.
Nobody else, unless you ask us to share something, or the law requires it.
We do not sell your information. We never have and we will not.
Public transportation programs require us to report how many trips we ran, how far, and how many requests we could not fill. Those reports contain numbers, not names.
If we ever want to describe your situation in a funding application, we ask you separately and you can say no. Saying no changes nothing about the service you receive.
We track a vehicle's location only while a trip is active, so we can tell you when it is arriving. Tracking stops when the trip ends, and those traces are deleted shortly afterward.
If a vehicle carries recording equipment, there is a visible notice inside it, we tell you at registration, footage is kept about thirty days unless something happens that needs reviewing, and only authorised staff can access it.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a consent at any time. Withdrawing the optional consent about sharing your story never affects your rides.
Email jerrod@driveablefoundation.org and we will answer.
Rides are free. A donation is always voluntary and is never a condition of getting a ride. If you donate, payment details are handled by our payment processor and we never see or store your card number.
If we ever lose control of information that could harm you, we will tell the people affected promptly and plainly.
